Need to come back to a place where my brain doesn’t constantly ruminate, lose focus and rationalize suicide. I have been Christian for decades but still am searching for purpose and significance. I've been suffering from health issues related to mold exposure and it has disrupted my life to the point I can no longer work and daily life has become difficult at times. It has caused a lot of distress for me because when I start to make progress, I get hit with another wave of symptoms and it becomes discouraging. It has brought a wave of unhealed trauma up in my life but it has also opened up my spiritual life and hoping God can heal me and help me learn what I need to learn through this.
