What is Baptism?
Baptism is a one-time, public declaration that shows you’ve accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior. Being dunked under the water and then raised back up again represents Jesus’s death, burial, and resurrection. It isn’t required for salvation, but it’s a Biblical command that follows Jesus’ example and demonstrates our love and obedience to Him!
Our next baptism weekend is February 8/9, 2025.
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” – Jesus (Matthew 28:19-20)
