We’re thrilled to announce the launch of a new Family Life Resource Centre this weekend in partnership with Focus on the Family Canada. This vibrant hub at FAC Deerfoot is designed to be a beacon of support, inspiration, and guidance for families in our community.
“As we step into a new season of ‘Joining Jesus’ as a church, we felt Jesus calling us to better meet the needs of individuals and families, so dedicated space that was easy to access was needed. This led to repurposing our Library to accommodate meeting new needs through this Family Life Resource Centre and a new Community Support Center next door,” explains Senior Associate Pastor of Operations Jeff Marshall.
“We hope that people who use these spaces will not only know there’s love and practical support for them through FAC but more importantly, that they’re loved and supported by Jesus,” adds Pastor Jeff.
“I’m excited about the introduction of the Family Life Resource Centre,” comments Ron Buschman, Director of the Couple’s Ministry at FAC. “This specialized space perfectly aligns with our mission to foster thriving marriages, and I foresee it becoming a catalyst for nurturing deeper connections and leaving a lasting impact within our church community.”
